AboutEbooksh is where ZASHAR's books live: paperbacks you can hold, and stories you scroll.

An ebooksh

A book that opens as you scroll.

The cell

Empty space. Scroll, and a cell assembles itself from beyond the frame.

  • Nothing yet: empty space
  • A nucleus arrives from far away, carrying the instructions
  • Endoplasmic reticulum wraps around it; the first mitochondria
  • More mitochondria, from every direction
  • The Golgi lands; vesicles weave into the gaps
  • Lysosomes and vacuoles fill the remaining space
  • Centrosome; ribosomes scatter in, fast and small
  • Cytoskeleton threads through everything
  • Cytoplasm gathers as a field
  • The membrane closes around it all. It is a cell.
  • Complete, and alive

DNA

Inside the nucleus, something assembles itself. Keep scrolling until you recognise it.

  • Empty space
  • A first pair of bases meets in the middle: A with T
  • More pairs grow outward from that seed, above and below
  • Hydrogen bonds reach across and connect them
  • The outer pairs arrive; a pattern is forming
  • One backbone threads itself around the pairs
  • The second backbone winds the other way. A double helix.
  • DNA, complete and alive

Every ebooksh works like this. One idea per scroll.
